"The way you think, the way you behave, the way you eat, can influence your life by 30 to 50 years.”    -  Deepak Chopra
Our body will restore its biochemistry only when we provide the right nutrients and get rid of what it doesn’t need that is clogging the cells. Over time, depriving our cells of the right nutrients to keep them functioning properly creates a dis-ease state as our cells are being chronically starved of the very nutrients they need for survival. We can eat a lot and still be depriving our cells; it all depends on what you are putting into our body. It is also very important to remember that when we are stressed or exhausted either physically or mentally, our cells are not able to function properly and also become nutrient deficient. Nutrients don’t get into the cell and the cells become starved. Wastes don’t leave the cell as they need to, which accumulate and become stagnant and block vital processes from taking place. This sets the stage for dis-ease. The tissues become hyper active, trying to throw off the building wastes while still struggling to get nutrients in. This is called the acute stage. .

Eventually the acute stage ends as the body no longer has the energy to try to thrown off the toxins, and the body’s tissues slow down and become hypoactive. This means they are not working as they were designed to and the body becomes increasingly depleted of the very biochemicals (nutrients) needed for the cells metabolism to function properly! Toxins will make their way and settle in the weakest tissues and organs. Over time this can easily cause a chronic condition to manifest, and if it is not corrected it can lead to complete tissue degeneration.
