Apple Berry CrumbleThis recipe is a real treat.  It's good warm or cold.  It can be made in larger quantities and eaten over a number of days.  The flavors mingle nicely when cooled, refrigerated, and eaten the following day(s).

Mix the following:
Cut into small pieces 12 Gala Apples (small)
as you go, squeeze with juice of 1 Lemon (medium)
Add 4 c Raspberries* (individually frozen)
2 c Blueberries* (individually frozen)
2 c Blackberries* (individually frozen)
1 Anjou Pear (optional)
1 tsp Cinnamon (optional)
Scoop into a large casserole, level the mixture, and top with the following mixed ingredients
1 c Spelt Flakes (for those with wheat or gluten sensitivities, replace with
1 c Rolled Oats (replace oats with 1c Spelt Flour or 1c Rice Flour for a crispier topping)
1 c Rice Flakes
1 tsp Cinnamon
3 tbsp Butter (melted) and mixed with (optional) 1 tbsp Maple Syrup or Honey
Bake at 350 for 60-90 minutes. 
Optional: serve with Yogurt
