Rosita Stone C.N.P. R.N.C.P., is a dynamic and inspirational Holistic Nutritionist, speaker, teacher and Natural Health Care Practitioner. She graduated with first degree honors from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition and also holds a Bachelor degree in Fine Arts. Rosita also has a strong background in Ayurveda through training with Bombay’s former Chief Surgeon turned Ayurvedic Physician Dr. Surendra Sharma, now located in Toronto.

Rosita has a private nutritional consulting practice and is also a part of a new team of experts who specialize in anti aging and weight loss. In December she was a keynote speaker at Ryerson University and was recently interviewed on national radio to help educate people on the health benefits of having proper nutritional status.  She has upcoming interviews on 106.5 FM and several other stations, and she will also be featured at the first Holistic Nutrition Conference in April 2008 in Toronto alongside world renowned actress and advocate Margot Kidder. As a spokesperson and mentor for youth, Rosita is also currently Nutritional Coach for children on sports teams and is helping a growing number of happy kids and parents. She is also heavily involved in helping the youth with her knowledge. She believes nutrition and biochemical balance is the key to health and vitality.

Drawing on 15 years of communication skills working in music, radio and TV, Rosita brings a creative flare and passion to her work.  Rosita has been an interviewed on The Discovery Channel’s TV series “Health on the Line” featuring Deepak Chopra. She is also a speaker and performer who is active in her Latin Community where she has earned a Latin American Achievement Award. Along with helping people one on one, Rosita is becoming a successful motivational speaker and teacher within the field of nutrition.
